Harness the power of Pardot. Salesforce’s engaging marketing automation platform for B2B is also for B2C marketers with highly engaged ‘sales’ processes, such as nonprofits’ fundraisers or private medical care.

This online training class is delivered by a live instructor, who is an industry expert in Pardot: Astrid van Dorst is a 10x certified/accredited Salesforce and Pardot consultant, with over 20 years in marketing automation, HTML and CSS. She is qualified as a Salesforce University instructor, and has an MBA in Marketing.

This high-quality Pardot training course is specifically designed to teach in-house marketing team the basics of Pardot.  

What You Will Learn

A student in this class will learn the basics of attracting, capturing and nurturing prospects with automations, segmentation and engagement journeys in Pardot. In addition, the instructor will show students the basics of campaign management and how to the folder structure, set up a naming convention, use templates to build emails, create a basic form, review Pardot reports and create a winning game plan for your marketing automation. 

Student will be able to participate in hands-on exercises in Pardot practice learning environment that they can enjoy working in throughout the day.
